PRICE LIST
Frenkiel & Ponti is available for private retreats, workshops, gatherings and small events. Our base hire is deliberately simple: you have the space, we look after it, and we help you get to know the place. For groups who want more support, we can help develop the retreat itself - from finding a chef or local guide to designing the programme, sourcing artists and facilitators, organising activities and coordinating the event.
Base price for studio access (not including music studio) and access to all 4 flats (6 bedrooms)

A fee and deposit are required for music studio access to ensure the protection of our equipment.
1. BASE SPACE HIRE
The base hire includes: exclusive use of the available Frenkiel & Ponti living and creative spaces, basic preparation of the spaces, housekeeping, Wi-Fi and utilities, linen and towels where accommodation is included, a welcome and orientation, and local recommendations and suggestions for restaurants, walks, activities and places to visit. The base price is intended to cover what you need to enjoy the space without having to pay for every small piece of help. Additional charges apply only when we take on significant planning, production or specialist services.

If you already have your own programme, teachers and suppliers, there is no planning fee beyond the base hire.
We charge for the time involved when you ask us to create, organise or produce the retreat with you.

We can work with you to develop workshops and programmes in art, photography, writing and music, either bringing in members of our network or helping you develop your own programme.
6. HOW WE WORK
The base hire is intentionally generous. We don't want guests to feel that every recommendation, conversation or small request comes with a price tag. Tell us what you're imagining, how many people you're bringing and how much you'd like us to be involved, and we'll put together a proposal. Pricing note: All prices are starting prices. Final quotes depend on group size, dates, accommodation requirements, food, external providers, transport and the level of planning or coordination requested. Any applicable taxes will be confirmed in the final quotation. Reduced rates may be available for artists, community projects and educational groups.
