We offer a special Creative Package for artists, writers, and musicians looking to immerse themselves in their work while staying in one of our unique apartments. With heavily discounted rent and access to our dedicated art, music, or writing studios, this is an ideal opportunity for focused creative time in a beautiful setting. The package is available only to practicing creatives, and requires a short proposal and proof of practice. Whether you're finishing a manuscript, working on a new body of paintings, or composing music, this space is designed to support your process.
Every one wanting to purchase The Creative Package will have to supply evidence of their practice and a short statement of their plan.

Musicians wanting to use our equipment will need to it rent per day at a charge. The Equipment list can be found on our PDF.
If a second creative joins you, a 15% surcharge applies to the total cost. Maximum 2 people per flat.
The painting studio is shared between two people.
To bring kids, partners, U18s or casual friends please book through Airbnb.
All creative package renters are required to sign a contract acknowledging their liability for any damages that occur during their stay. Renters agree to pay for any damages, as determined by us. Photographic evidence of all equipment will be taken prior to each stay.
